Your page is designed to allow you to post as little or as much information about yourself as you like or need. I've browsed some of the popular modeling sites as well as some modeling agency sites on the web and came up with the following format (click HERE for sample page):

YourName
"Your Name" can be first name, first name and initial, or your full name - your call.

Photos
Your photos/photo collage can be placed here. Because I'm a photographer myself and this site is designed as an extension of my "Headshots & Portfolios" offer, using another photographers photos would be a conflict of interest to me, not to mention the whole copyright deal. So the only photos I could allow to be posted here are either my photos of you or your own home photos. Truth be known, most agents don't require professional photos to make an evaluation of whether you are marketable or not anyway. They can initially gauge you just as well from home photos or Polaroid's and usually will snap some quick "home photos" of you if you ever attend an open call or stop by their office for a scheduled interview.

Physical
You can share as many physical characteristics as necessary. Adults will probably want to use all options, teens as well. If you're posting your child's information, you may want to circumvent the physical characteristics all together and go with age alone. Whether child, teen or adult, the call is yours as to how much physical characteristics your want to share.

Resume
Here is, obviously, where you can post your resume. Your resume may include any modeling training you have (Barbizon, etc.), photo shoots (again, can't list/mention other photographers here), pageant experience, acting/theater experience and training, or pretty much anything that demonstrates  your ability to perform in front of the camera or an audience. You may be surprised how often the modeling field crosses over in to the acting field. Might also be a good place to post any videos/links you may have.

Other Web Pages
Here you can list other web pages you may have. Obviously if you have your own web site or are signed with an agent and are listed at his/her site, you're way beyond need of this site. Here you can post most any conceivable web link you have that would enhance your modeling ambitions, whether that be a Facebook or MySpace page or a similar modeling site. And while it's not logical for me to allow other photographers photos to be used here or even mentioned (endorsed), what you do at your own page is pretty much your business [so long as it is not in direct conflict with the "Values" listed here].

Contact
Here's where you can list your contact information. I personally recommend a dedicated e-mail address and G-mail is great for that. G-mail address's are easy to create and forward to your main account so you'll be aware 24/7 of any e-mails without having to log in and check your dedicated account separately. But like all the other information, it's your call how much you want to share.

In conclusion, this would be your private page to help promote yourself to modeling agents and others. And while I don't' see the basic layout changing, I'm flexible and open to ideas and opinions.
